What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we can pick you up or drop you off in your location, just reach out — we're happy to check.
Do you offer private-pay options?
Absolutely. If you’re not covered by Medicaid or are arranging transportation for a family member, we offer flexible private-pay rates. Reach out for pricing or to schedule.
Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
Yes! We allow approved companion animals and therapeutic pets. We also offer transportation to and from pet appointments. Just let us know when booking.
Do you provide wheelchair-accessible rides?
Yes. We can accommodate manual or transport wheelchairs. Riders must be ambulatory or have an assistant to board safely. Let us know your mobility needs ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
How do I schedule a ride?

Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes! We accept approved Medicaid transportation requests. If you're enrolled in Virginia Medicaid and eligible for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), we can help coordinate your ride.
What types of trips do you provide?
We provide rides for:
Medical appointments (doctors, therapy, dialysis, etc.)
Grocery stores, errands, and pharmacies
Family visits and church
Airport and work transportation
Special trips like birthdays, senior centers, or long-distance visits
Pet appointments (veterinary, grooming, etc.)
Can a caregiver or family member ride with me?
Yes — one caregiver, aide, or family member may ride along at no additional cost. Please mention this when scheduling.
